Box Manufacturing Cutting Process Accurate Box Company has two Bobst SPO 160 flatbed die cutters. Both die cutters have fully computerized and automated feed, delivery, and blanking sections.

Our print-to-cut tolerances average 1/16 inch and are as tight as our industry offers. All cutting dies are precision engineered in our die making department equipped with computerized benders. Our die makers guarantee every carton will perform the same.

Accurate Box’s ability to make dies quickly offers incredible flexibility in a Just In Time production environment as well as your ever changing needs. Combinations of many different SKU’s can easily be modified seamlessly.
