Job Summary: This position is responsible for supporting the Sales Reps.

Essential Job Functions

• Maintaining a friendly customer relationship with High Profile Accounts as support person to CR Reps and liaison in the supply of packaging to accommodate production in multiple locations throughout the US, Canada and Mexico.
• Write customer orders received in various manners, ensuring that all required production and billing specs are included and accurate.
• Assist Sales Reps/CR Reps in the processing of orders and plan completion based on customer-provided forecasts.
• Coordinate sample needs with design team for new project development and quotation. Forward drawings and CAD samples to customers for necessary approvals.
• Process customer delivery requirements against WIP advising production planner, shipping and customer of changes as they occur.
• Coordinate inventory replacement for customers utilizing outsourced consignment warehouse facilities for JIT deliveries avoiding inventory outages and downtime.
• Maintenance and execution of forecasting and decision models
• Identify forecast risk and develop effective, flexible, and durable mitigation strategies
• Assist in reconciliation of information and input of data in various systems.
• Assist in development of job orders
• Participate in special projects as necessary.

Additional Responsibilities

• Meet with Sales Reps, Customer Service Reps, VP Sales and President to review account prices, upcoming changes and expectations.
• Limited Travel (if any)

Job Qualifications

• College Degree, any major
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent Microsoft Office Skills, with strong Excel skills
• 5-7 years of experience in service or sales
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

Job Summary: Supervises the activities of production by union and non-union workforce engaged in all facets of the manufacturing function.

Essential Job Functions

• Ensure compliance with all Safety Rules and procedures for staff and workplace.
• Manage and coordinate with Scheduling Manager jobs to be completed during the 3rd shift.
• Supervise workforce with regard to attendance, quality of work, productivity, cooperation, safe work habits, attitude.
• Procure an adequate supply of work in process, raw materials and proper tools and dies for workforce to meet production schedule and produce prime quality products.
• Provide proper training to ensure all of the above are attained.
• Adjust production schedule to respond to changes in plant or machine conditions.
• Give product ok for Printing, Laminating, Die cutting, and Sheeting departments and oversee receiving materials and products.
• Assure a smooth continuity of operation by providing and having ready all materials, tools, dies and information for next shift. After ensuring machines are in proper working condition and have received proper maintenance and preventative maintenance.
• Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goal.
• Read and analyze job bags, work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports, in order to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs
• Communicate expectations to shop floor personnel.
• Confers with other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments.
• Develop and train personnel.
• Monitor production and ensure standards/estimates are met.
• Ensure that all standard operating procedures are followed.
• Monitor safety and keep areas clean and organized.
• Recommend or implement measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.
• Enforce safety and food safety regulations.
• Appraise performance of subordinates against position responsibilities and establish goals, plans and standards.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit for extended periods at a desk, stand/walk through the office and production areas as needed, occasionally lift/carry office supplies (up to 10 pounds), and bend/reach for items

Job Qualifications

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the corrugated industry.
• Ability to work with a culturally diverse workforce in an effective manner, in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal in English required.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish is preferred
• Ability to trouble shoot machinery issues independently.
• Must have good leadership skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks both.
• Must possess a high mechanical aptitude, with experience in Die Cutting, Laminating, Printing, or Sheeting
• Must be able to exercise good judgment trained in continuous improvement skills, lead by example and strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to understand die cutting diagrams and spec sheets, with knowledge of production processes
• Able to manage change with excellent people management, coaching, training and with time sensitive abilities.
• Strong computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office, (outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:30PM – 11:00PM (tentative training schedule will be: 1:00PM – 9:30PM)

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain 2 – 500HP Fire Tube high-pressure boilers and auxiliary equipment in compliance with state and local codes.
• Monitor boiler operations, perform routine tests, and adjust systems as needed to maintain efficiency and safety.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on boilers, compressors, pumps, and other mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical skills with the ability to repair and maintain a variety of plant equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Knowledge of safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and OSHA standards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and on-call as needed.

Preferred Skills

• HVAC, electrical, or welding experience a plus.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production facility.
• Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).

Accurate Box Company is a Litho-Laminated Corrugated Box Manufacturer located in Paterson, NJ. We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to perform repairs on manufacturing and utility equipment. The position is for 2^nd shift or 3rd Shift. Overtime required in a unionized shop.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintenance Mechanics are responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and equipment, blending their electrical and mechanical knowledge. This role involves working with robotics, automated systems, and other advanced electromechanical assemblies.
• Committed to SAFETY. Follows established guidelines for safe work practices. Promote safety awareness while working with peers, adhere to accepted practices and procedures. Keen to ensure that his maintained machines meet industry standards, and the repaired equipment warrants the plant operator’s safety.
• Setup and run machinery-equipment according to procedures and specifications. Mount and test parts while supporting production processes, make sure machines function as designed.
• Inspect and Troubleshoot equipment and resolve issues in real-time to minimize disruption.
• Diagnoses issues using predictive tools and repair-replace defective components. Install, new parts Maintains and Repairs plant mechanisms.
• Provide technical support to other team members and end-users. performs routine maintenance on electromechanical systems to eliminate downtime.

Required Technical Skills

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical diagrams and schematics.
• Sound knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experienced with diagnostic tooling and Maintenance software including CMMs.
• Experienced with high pressure hydraulics, pneumatics, automated materials handling.
• Knowledge of VFD’s and PLC Control logics troubleshooting. (Allen Bradley and Siemens).

Job Summary: Record, troubleshoot, and repair daily problems associated with the electro-mechanics of various types of machinery.

Essential Job Functions

• Troubleshooting of electro-mechanical systems: Laminators, die-cutters, gluers, conveyors, strappers, etc. Waste System is a plus.
• Troubleshooting of PLCs, motor drives, relays, contactors and more electrical and control components.
• Perform electro-mechanical repairs such as: motor, pumps, conveyors, motion systems, pneumatics and hydraulics systems).
• Record maintenance repairs and PM’s work orders on CMMS. Knowledge on Maximo IBM, SAP or MaintainX is highly preferable.
• Programming PLCs (Studio5000, Siemens TIA).
• Working with and without electrical schematics: ability to identify missing feedback signals on systems without schematics using instruments.
• Follow LOTO rules and additional safety key points.
